Transitions Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic individual with experience in long term care. We are looking for a consistent PRN COTA to help 20-30 hours per week at our Burnsville, NC location. This would be for treatments, holiday/vacation coverage, and increased caseloads.
Transitions Rehabilitation is an in-house therapy company owned by Senior Care Group.

Qualifications: Masters degree or higher from an accredited COTA program; must have current and active North Carolina therapy license.
