We are seeking a Facility Administrator in Burnsville, North Carolina, to lead our team of dedicated health care professionals. Brookside Rehab & Care is a 140 skilled-nursing facility located north of Asheville, NC in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. This facility is ranked four out of 5 stars on the CMS Rating site for Nursing facilities.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to become part of our management team. The qualified individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently provided to our residents and a stable work environment is provided to employees. This individual will have past success in survey compliance, management of accounts, census development, P&L, budgeting, team development and retention, ability to direct and lead staff members to achieve goals, comprehensive knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, long-term care regulations and guidance on a federal, state and local level.

Experience:
North Carolina state NHA license required.
Two or more years of previous experience in long term health care administration is required.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
